I can't install Reaktor libraries on external SSD

External SSD has all my Komplete 15 Ult. libraries but as far as Native Access is concerned, you have to reinstall the libraries and CANNOT connect them like Kontakt libraries. Nonetheless, I keep getting an error for the libraries. I have allowed all my NI instruments to install on main drive but libraries on external and ALLOWED Full Disk Access on Reaktor NTKDaemon, Native Access, NIHardware Agent, etc. I've rebooted, uninstalled Reaktor, reinstalled it on my external and nothing.
I honestly don't want to offload my external (working fine before I reinstalled the OS again on the same computer, which is MacBook M4) and to reformat the external to APFS and then see if it works. I have 3.5TB worth of library sounds on that drive.

Are these error messages from Native Access or Reaktor?

Can you share screenshots of the error messages?

You mention not wanting to reformat the drive to APFS. What is the format of your external drive currently?

Sorry for the confusion. It has always been APFS but I didn't want to offload the library (roughly 4TB) in case it's confused and won't be confused after I reformat with this new OS reinstall.
But main problems are Reaktor libraries and Battery libraries and Amplified Funk for Kontakt for some reason. Problem exists in Native access. Sent screenshot. Made a 4 minute video if I can upload it anywhere for more details.

DId you do a MacOS reinstall? What do you mean by "it"s confused"

What installation locations did you choose in Native Access?

I reinstalled MacOS.
When I installed those libraries on the internal drive, it installs fine. Those libraries on the APFS external, not fine.
So I tried both internal and external. Success and failed, respectively.

Please let us know the outcome - I have the same issue. Can't install Reaktor content on an external SSD, rest of the content installs just fine.

It's been doing this for weeks, and for both KONTAKT Libraries as well as REAKTOR Ensemble installations.

Not sure why it's doing it.

I ended up just wiping production stuff off of my MBP and relegating it to a productivity laptop… I've gone back to Windows-only for music production.

NA2 is too problematic. It's been 2+ years of problems and/or regressions.

Hi, I have opened a ticket longer than our corresponding here and no one has addressed it.

I have managed to work around it by leaving the default installation paths, installing the libraries, moving them to the external SSD and then repairing/relocating them. You could even do it in batches if you need to.

It ended up being a whole lot more content than just Reaktor. Also Kontakt stuff like Piano Colors and Emotive Strings gave me troubles.

Was a bit of a hassle and luckily I had enough space on the internal SSD, but at least I'm back in the air now :).

Last time I did a clean install of all my content was a year ago, also on Apple Silicon. So whatever caused this to break in Native Access is from the last year or so.

Hey everyone, there is a known issue, the Native Access team is investigating at the moment. It seems to affect a few products, Reaktor instruments included on MacOS 15.5 and 15.6 systems.

Please try what @indy911 mentions here as a workaround and let us know if tat works out.

Will update this thread as soon as I get more info.

I have no idea how you managed that when relinking/relocating is NOT an option. Unless you’re on Windows, then I have no clue, because on Mac, there is no such thing as this phenomena, unless the .ninct file is present. Reaktor, for sure has no such file. And some Kontakt files doesn’t have that file either.
