My copy of Kontakt 8 was installed wrong by Native Access and I need a full download of the program my files are everywhere on my system
My Kontakt 8 will not open right it is asking for the serial number but will not take it. I tried to uninstall to fix the problem and I can't open any more.
Please check that the product is registered to the account that you are logged into ( MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page) and be sure to be logged into same account in latest version of Native Access for your OS .

As for installation and un-installation then please uninstall and then run the NI reg tool and remove item if on the list there.
As for downloads then please use latest version of Native Access for your OS . As per recent feature change then you can also manually download most things from the Account downloads , How to use the NI Download Manager (misleading title)
Customer Service is very important when company have it for customers who purchase items that don't work and refund issues, they could be better with everything, but they choose not.
I think if you explained your situation correctly and in detail - pretty sure we can help you. First and foremost - installing K8 via Native Access is the way. There is no way for NA to install any of your products “wrong”. Installs via NA are identical for all of us so whatever you are experiencing - you need to walk us through it. Screencaps would help too
Finally - installing via NA requires no serial numbers so there is something else going on here.

I'm not sure what you mean here. On August 8th you contacted our support. My colleagues sent you an installer for Kontakt 8 on August 11th. After that you did not reply. Did the installer work?
Have you tried uninstalling everything from Kontakt 8 beforehand?

My copy of Kontakt 8 was installed wrong by Native Access. Native Access only installs programs where you tell it to. Maybe some more details of what happened exactly would be helpful here (or when contacting my colleagues about the issue).
