Hi, I am unable to download any of my NI Komplete library - constantly getting download failed. I have plenty of harddrive space - over 2TB but unable to install

Please help !

have you given na2 full disk access like described here:

If using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
