NI Support is supposed to do the following, according to them: "If the Virtual Assistant cannot answer your question, it will collect some more info from you and connect you with one of our specialists, or help you send us an email ticket."
This step never happens. The AI just asks the same questions over and over, and no matter how you answer, if it's not one of their basic responses - you're doomed.
I own all 4 Cremona solo instruments, but I have no discount showing for the Cremona ensemble. It has never shown for me. I would like to know if I can get this discount, but the AI won't answer me, nor connect me with a specialist or help me send an email ticket.
NI "support" is so anti-consumer. Punishing us for spending a lot of money with them.
