None of my libraries work

I've just bought Komplete Kontrol 15 Standard and my libraries for Battery 4, Kontakt 8 and Massive X aren't showing up. I've tried finding Komplete.db3, but I don't even have a Komplete Kontrol folder in my Mac?

I'm absolutely outraged that I've just spent so much money on this product and straight away it doesn't work.

Can anyone help me please?

Your Komplete Kontrol folder should be in here - '/Users/insert-name-here/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments'

Just to check, what product have you bought? I'm guessing it's Komplete 15 Standard?

Do all the products show up as installed in Native Access?

Yes I bought Komplete Kontrol 15 Standard not even a two weeks ago. I downloaded it on Apple Silicon onto my Mac M2 Pro - I've got all the plugins and libraries.

However when I open Kontakt 8, Massive X and Battery 4, the plug in works, but none of the libraries show up. I've removed Komplete.db3 but still they don't work - can you help?

I've been trying to seek support from the NI team, but so far no one has been in touch.

When you open Komplete Kontrol standalone do you see all the various instruments like Bouquet, 40's Very Own keys etc? If not, what do you see in the Library tab of the preference in KK? It should look something like this -

If that list is empty try hitting the Rescan button at the bottom right.

If you open Kontakt/Battery as a standalone application do you see the libraries?

@olliepickering I'm a little confused. Do you mean that the libraries are missing in Komplete Kontrol or that all libraries are missing per application, like Battery has no kits, Kontakt has no library?

Komplete Kontrol is a plug-in in itself hosting all NI products, it can also mean a keyboard controller.

The bundles are called Komplete (no Kontrol). Maybe this will help you: Which Applications do the Komplete Content Products Belong To?
