How to fix Invalid Serial activating Traktor Pro 3 ?

Just bought the Update (as i own a very old Traktor Scratch Duo Version) to Traktor Pro 3. Installed it and then wanted to activate via Native Access by "+Add Serial" with the Traktor Pro 3 serial number shown via this link Produkte & Serien-Nr. (native-instruments.com) in my NI account. After clicking "Enter" Native Access shows me "Invalid Serial". How is this possible, what to do now?

    Hello,

    under your registered products do you see traktor scratch or some version of an older traktor

    Hi,

    no. All i see is Traktor Pro 3 and the serial of it (wich is a different one than the one of the old Scratch Duo version, btw). And Traktor Pro 3 is shown as Not Registered.
