Hello! I am a pretty heavy user of the Spitfire Symphony Orchestra and other SA sample libraries. Without any updates and changes, today I found that the SSO install was broken when I tried to load it in Kontakt. "OK, so I'll repair it again" I thought. No big deal, I find that I usually have to repair the Spitfire software from time to time. But when I opened Native Access, all my Spitfire products are gone. I tried adding the serial again, and I get the success message, but still, no products in the library. My Albion NEO is also gone, but at least the install isn't broken (yet). What can I do?
