Can't find Massive X in Native Access, only Massive appears

I've read recent news that Massive X is now free and was hoping to try it out. However, it does not appear in my Native Access Home screen nor library, even when searched. I can only find Massive. Is this not available in Australia or is something else required to enable the install? I have kontact 8 and the other komplete start packages like analog dreams and Hypha so I'm confused why this isn't appearing.

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS.

Massive-X is not free but the new Massive-X Player version is. Did you add Massive-X Player to your account prior to looking for it in Native Access ? : Komplete Start .

If you already had Komplete Start then add newest version again/also. When the bundle change and new content is added to Komplete Start then you have to add the bundle to your account again to get the new content also. This may seem confusing but I guess that by considering each changed Komplete Start bundle it's own version then N.I. can freely both add to and remove from the Komplete Start bundle, and long time customers keep what they have when adding newest version and just gets the new additions added to account also.

Else what is your exact OS version and your type of computer ? Massive-X Player has same system requirements as Massive-X and will not appear in Native Access unless your OS supports the plugin.

I'm also unable to find Massive X player. I went through the process to get Komplete Start twice to the point of it telling me to download native access after selecting I have an account. I have Komplete as well.

Since there are so many instructions to download Native Access on the website then from your description then I am not sure if you clicked all the way through.

You need to keep clicking through until beyond these two as shown on screenshot.

If you clicked all the way through then you should be able to find Massive X Player as either registered or not registered on the page MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page .
