4 years, still the same, Machine + wont turn on

you pay 1k for a controller that the only advantage that has is to work in standalone mode, and mysteriously doesn’t work.

I already tried to force it with POWER+SHIFT, reset the sd card..

I think the community should have more respect, native instruments should make CLEAR that the machine 50 per cent of the time has problems instead of sponsoring like the new futuristic product, made by the smartest German engineers, it doesn’t even turn on!

Only N.I. support have the resources to look into what problem you appear to have.

@Jeremy_NI , Roblot were in contact with N.I. Support last year and only you can check up on the outcome of that back then.

@Roblot first of all, sorry that you are experiencing issues with your Maschine Plus. I'm not sure to understand, do you mean that it's only working 50% of the time? I see that you contacted us last year and on April 29th 2024 my colleague got back to you with some next steps. You didn't reply. After a while without any answer from you, tickets are automatically closed. @Roblot I understand the frustration for the most part but back then if it didn't work, you should have replied that it didn't so they could go further. How are they supposed to know it didn't work? This is why I've invited you to get in touch with our support again. I see that you submitted a new request. Will follow your case.
