Instead of adding sound banks, it now removes them from your updates. It's not cool. I'm missing Best Service, Sonoscore, etc. Thanks for the help.

Hello Zigzic, can you please give us more information about the issue? Which operating system you are using? What do you see besides the products?

Everything works well except that products like best service and sonuscore are missing (all their products) I am on Windows 11 Pro i7 and 64GB RAM - Before I had 418 banks, today I am missing 19 - But in my opinion there are others missing, I have to find out which ones

You can try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access.

Hello again Zigzac, from my colleagues, I have learned that this was the issue coming from the previous version of the Native Access which just came out. So with the new update this issue is resolved at the moment. Can you please try to download the latet version of the Native Access using the link below:

No, I did everything I just read... either I have 597 banks or I have 399 but the reality is 418... I'm seriously worried about the updates.
Even if I enter the serial number it tells me it's good but it doesn't appear.
I spotted two missing bank brands: Best Service and Sonuscore.
I just reinstalled version 3.19.0 and then 3.19.1, then got version 3.18 and updated to 3.19.1

I'm experiencing the same and how can we sort this out? Ech time i upgrade as it asks as Zigzic says Best Service/ Sonuscore things go missing.
NI, the latest automatic NA update can not let the library show up in the list after adding the serial, it can not recognize the library after indicating the parent folder, please fix your native access recent bug asap, purchased Rosewood Grand by Orange Tree Samples, but it was missed, and could not be added at all even after xml was deleted and NA restarted.
Hey Mert, if I download the NA and replace the 3.19.1 from the link you provided above, then the library I recently purchased and added is shown normally on NA, but the NA will automatically update to 3.19.1 anyway to cause missing libraries again. Is there a way to turn off automatic upgrades on NA?
Another weird bug is that even without showing in the list on NA 3.19.1 after adding serial successfully, it is on Kontakt 7, continues to miss on Kontakt 8, though.

I think it's a general problem with the new version of Native Access. All my ToyBox products are also gone.
