Many crashes in Maschine 3

Maschine 3 crashes on me most every session I'm working with it. Small projects so far - 3 or 4 groups. Only using NI instruments and kits. All products are up-to-date as of the date/time of this post.

MacBook Pro M4 - 16GB RAM - 1TB storage.

Any suggestions for stabilizing the setup?

After setting my plugins to AU-only, I haven't experienced any crash. Early minutes, but still an improvement.

MacOS 15.5 on '24 MacBook Pro M4 running 15.5 (Sequoia).

Hello, my computer is MAC MINI M4 PRO+ Mas OS Sequoia. I've lost many of VST 3 (arturia, N.I..) plugins since the last update, the plugin scan is totally broked and the software doesn't find them, I've already post'ed a message on this forum about his. it's the same with Komplete Kontrol app.. + I have got a "crash "message" everytime when I quit tha pp. Maschine 3 SW is totaly unusable now and since last update (3.2)… I've all uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the VST3 plugs, now way… and the only response that I have is "I see that. Contact the N.I support" ! too much lost time for contact a chat bot and after a human, and another etc..… Maschine 2 works very well, and best as V3 in comparaison. It's very boring that the last iteration (paid update) of a software doesn't works as we deserved. And the most ironic, it's that on day software doesn't works suddenly without logic explanantion. We need a statment of N.I about these big Mac OS problems (crash message, and plugins scan broken) ! We need do that the N.I access have a real UNINSTALL FONCTION and not this stupid message : delete all the files her, bla bla. Also maybe there will be a good Maschine 3 SW version soon who knows (naïve hope) ? Best regards.

Cross posting on other peoples threads is not gonna help your case… Tech sup can send you a tool that scans your system for issues.

Reinstallation generally doesn't fix anything anyway.

Ok ok D-One but you can understand sometimes that 'we have this "déjà-vu" impression of not being listened by N.I.. nothing moves when their software doesn't works as it should be. A good sense of commnication is definitely lost by this company. If the solution of this bug it's to send to me a" scan tool of my system" I thnik it's definitely a kind or support service that comes from the past! I'm not the only one concerned by this problem.

We'll see, maybe I'm wrong.

Han !? Theres two ways to debug things: You ask the user have you tried this, this, this and that, etc… ask for all the details about the computer, sw versions, etc… or you use a tool that can avoid 100 questions and messages back and forth with tech support.

The 1st option seems much more "in the past" to me, whats your ideia a solution that is in the "present/future" ??
