aria2c.exe always running

I use Native Access to download my NI products. However, even when I quit Native Access, the process aria2c.exe is running in the background using network bandwidth. If I "end task" aria2c.exe in the task manager, it magically reappears. Is there a way to make it so that aria2c.exe only runs when Native Access is running and not constantly running in the background?
