New Macmini - do I have to download all soundpacks again?

I just ordered a new Macmini, right now I have all the soundpacks installed on a extern SSD and the instruments on my Macbook Pro.
So, my question,
is it enough (is it possible?) to download just the instrument to my Macmini and use the SSD alternately between my Macbook and my Macmini.

Yep - install Native Access, then at the bottom left click Support then "Add Product Content". Tell Native Access where the location of the libraries on your external drive is and it should link it correctly. Some products will need downloading again but you can generally link most of them.
