Log in error: I have Native Access installed and I want to log in with my native account's username and password, but the password isn't accepted. After changing the password, the same result. What's the problem?
As you're on a Mac, are you certain you're being asked for your NI username/password. The first time Native Access runs after installation/update it needs your Mac username/password to install helper utilities.
