Cubase Update now no NI instruments available

I updated cubase (laptop) last week and since then none of my NI software is working, however all of my effects are available and working fine.

All of the plugins are showing in my VST plugin manager, if i open kontakt i do get a track but gui doesnt show also unable to use Komplete Kontrol on its own click on the icon and nothing happens.

I have tried to use Native Access to fix any issues however that wont work have tried running NTKDaemon as administrator advises havent got sufficiant privelages.

Uninstalled NA tried to install again however unable to
