I have Machine+ and Maschine MK3. I have problmels with registation

I received Mk3 and Maschine + last week.

I already have registred Komplete Ultimate 13 and received al exp. correct.

this was under email xxx@yy. all OK

then i registred on same pc (win 11) new Maschine + with new mail xxx@zz

then i changed my Ni Account to xxx@zz

All my Ni Ultimate products Dissapear from list, only Machine + downlads are in list

How can I combine Komplete ult.13 products and Maschine+ downloads together in my pc

Next problem happens when i Reset The Machine + and try to register M+ under xxx.zz mail errors shows "this Serial numbed ia allready registred"

    Hey @pibi I quickly checked your account (the one with the same email address that you use for the forum). There is only Komplete Start, so if you have another account with another email address, log-in with that one. The best would be to contact my colleagues from support, this is better handled this way, you can communicate your email addresses and serials privately.     you should have registered it all under one mail address on the first place. Now you can try to:

    I know that changing Native ID was stupid but i must acept all consequencses.

    I must transfer Lic. to at least 120 + products becouse i was runing same Ni ID from Komplete 4 up to14 ! for 20 Years !

    I also have Machine Studio + Ni S61 + Ni Audio one + Maschine MK3 and Maschine +

    And all just for mail Change !.

    Luckily Native Access see all already(Komplete 14 ult) instaled packages becouse they are in registry of Win 11

    Now i see new problem - new laptop Ryzen to put all products on it.

    Dont tell me that i need to retansfer licenses !

    Lets do it somehaw faster. All products i have legaly owned !

    And for a new computer you simply install native access and log in with the account where all you products already are registered, as suggested best is to contact support and they can solve the issue much faster than you transferring licenses one by one. You can have the products on up to three computers at the same time but use only one, old computers where you uninstalled the products don't count of course.
