The master control knob no longer seems to work on my Traktor Kontrol S4 MK2 Controller

I have been using a Mac (OS Sequoia), and the master volume knob on the Traktor controller has been working fine with Traktor Pro 3 software. I have re-installed both Traktor 3 as well as trying out Traktor 4, all the knobs and buttons work, except for the master volume knob. I have also added in Master Volume adjust in Controller Manager, but still has not made a difference. If someone could help, I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance!
