Komplete 15 upgrade option and pricing

Hi, 

I’m looking at the upgrade options I have for Komplete 15.

My offers areKomplete 15 standard 149.50aud  (as listed on advert)

Komplete 15 ultimate is advertised at 299.50 aud but when I click on it it increases to 449.50aud

Komplete 15 collectors edition is advertised at 374.50 aud but when I click on it, it increases to 899.50aud.

Why does komplete standard stay at the advertised price yet they other 2 increase? So I am very confused.

I currently own Komplete 11 Upgrade Komplete 12 select for HW.
And Komplete 14 standard update.

You should be able to see present update and upgrade prices at the pricing section of the Compare Komplete 15 bundles page. Else then you can contact N.I. Support (all)

Advertised are the update prices. You are eligible for update pricing if you own a previous version of the same Komplete tier. In your case: You own 14 Standard you are eligible for an update to 15 standard. But not for an update to 15 Ultimate. But users of 13 Ultimate are eligible for an update to 15 Ultimate.

If you are changing the tier of your Komplete bundle you don‘t need an update you will need the upgrade. Upgrades are priced higher than updates as they usually give you more new content. In most cases an upgrade works on older versions too. Therefore pricing from Komplete 12 Standard to 15 Ultimate is the same as with Komplete 14 Standard or even 15 Standard as base product.

ah that makes sense now..

Because I want to go to a different tier I don’t get the upgrade price, just the sale price..

No , if you go to a different tier you do not get the update price instead you get the upgrade price !

But you should be eligible to upgrade pricing ! Provided that you have a Komplete bundle already.

You should be able to see present update and upgrade prices at the pricing section of the Compare Komplete 15 bundles page.

As @PoorFellow already mentioned you are eligible to upgrade pricing which is also heavily discounted. A full version of Komplete 15 Ultimate would be AUD 1199,39 now during sale (and AUD 1799 outside of sale.) The upgrade from Standard is AUD 449,50 during sale (or AUD 899 outside).

Sale pricing applies to all full versions, updates and upgrades of Komplete until tomorrow. (33% discount on full versions / 50% discount on updates and upgrades)
