Noire Piano trouble

Hello, Since I have got Noire Piano from Native, working with Cubase Artist 8, when I record in one channel, sometimes the notes in the playback automatically change half note higher without any reason, is a big problem because make me crazy. With the other pianos I have prom Native like Grandeur, The Gentleman, The Maverick and the Giant, never happened, is something in the Noire. I have been deleted and downloaded few times in order to see if is a download error but always is the same, I would appreciate if somebody can give me any light of solution. It is very frustrating to work like this, and Noire has an excellent sound. Thank You
