Voucher for Summer of Sound deals not working on Summer of Sound deals?

so I got this voucher:

"Had your eye on Summer of Sound deals? Stack your savings on software with this exclusive 10% voucher – valid on carts over 200 €. Don’t miss out, all summer offers end June 30."

Nice! I tried to use it to upgrade my Komplete version. Didn't work, got a message that the Voucher is not valid:

"The voucher code ****** is not applicable for your current order. Please review the terms and conditions for this voucher"

In the terms and conditions I couldn't find any reason:

"The 10% voucher is valid from June 25, 2025 until June 30, 2025 on carts over $200. Please note this voucher cannot be used on subscriptions, edu licenses, hardware, NFR, and NKS partner products. (…)"

I spent some time with the Chat robot, it turned out the voucher cannot be used on products that are on sale.

??????

so,… I got a voucher for the Summer of Sound deals which is not working on Summer of Sound deals, because it is, a deal?

Still a weird action from NI to send around vouchers explicitly for the Summer of Sound ("Had your eye on Summer of Sound deals? Stack your savings on software with this exclusive 10% voucher") that do not work for deals of the Summer of Sound ……….. because the voucher can not be used on deals - smells like a clickbait :(

For what it's worth then what the chatbot says is true for standard vouchers , but it sounds to me as if what it says here does not fit the case , try reading in the bottom of the email wit small print to see what it says. My guess is that the reason is something , could be that it can not be used for bundles or something else , if you want it looked into then you have to make a ticket and ask support.

Anyway then luckily that code of Jef's worked 🙂 (Thank you Jef 😁)
