Not seeing updates to kontact 8 guitar rig 7

I just purchased complete 15 standard and when I started up native access kontackt 8, guitar rig pro 7 and the latest reactor did not appear on the list of products to be installed nor did they appear on the list of products to be updated. All its showing is kontackt 7 player. I owned komplete 9 ultimate which gave me the upgrade path for 99 dollars What gives

Would need to see a screen cap of your Native Access screen to determine issues.

And more critical - need to know your version of Native Access and your OS.

I am slightly confused by these sentences of yours:

It seems like you purchased the wrong thing? The only $99 update I see would be for Komplete Standard, but you would need a lower Standard version for that as your "base product".

"Upgrade" means going from a lower tier to a higher tier (e. g. Standard to Ultimate).
"Update" means going from one version to a newer one in the same tier (e. g. Komplete 14 Standard to Komplete 15 Standard).
