My Kontakt 8 Install is not showing up on Native Access after I bought Komplete 15 upgrade

Hello dear friends!

I come from Komplete 12 and I wanted to have my update to Komplete 15 Standard, so I bought it but in the Native Access APP there's absolutely no option of downloading Komplete 8, do you have any ideas ?

I'm on Windows 10 and all the other plug ins work perfectly, plus all the Komplete 12 plug ins as well, any idea??

First check your MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see if the bundle is registered to account (alternatively check list of orders to see if order is stuck).

If bundle lists as registered on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page then be sure to be logged into same account in latest version of Native Access for your OS .

If you have already installed Kontakt 8 Player version then try uninstalling that and re-install if that makes it available.

Else then if product is on account but missing in N.A. then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access.

Else if problem persists then download and install KONTAKT 8.1.0 from here.

in case of download problems then try logging in into Google first, if that doesn't help then copy the download to own Google drive before the download.

The above ought to help you circumvent the download limit.

Would be helpful to see a screencap of the Kontakt area within Native Access - so we can see exactly what versions of Kontakt are available - like this:
