Why is there no lights on my main output?

On my Traktor S4 Mk3 no indication lights show on the main output. I'm given a reading on the channels ok and the sound is coming out fine. The only reading I get from the Main output lights is when I turn the trim up and the clipping red lights come on. All the lights work on start up so I know they can illuminate but they just don't give me any reading after that.

…most likely because your Master level knob is closed (0dB)! 😋

It was turned down in the first image too, which shows all the LEDs on.
Also, the master volume turned down does not equal 0dB.

so, what you want to say is that, even if a knob is turned down completely, at zero, and no sound comes out, there are still some dB's?

No, that's what I want to say. You've only got to look at the markings on the meter to see where 0dB is.
From Google:
"In dB measurements, 0 dB represents a specific reference level, not the absence of sound or a signal"
