I bought Kontakt 8 on Saturday and on their site it says I will get a voucher for a Kontakt library of up to $99. I still haven't received it. Anyone else have experience with that?
It happens , but often the problem is that the email got lost in spam folder. So please check your email spam folder and be sure to scan the whole of all N.I. emails.

Alas then there is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.
I went to the support section but it seems its just an AI chat system. Can't I email their support directly somehow?
