¿why one of the displays of my traktor s4 mk3 doesn´t work?

i recently bought to a friend a traktor s4 mk3 and show me that one display only power up and stay in white, but doesn´t show the track wave and information, the other display works normally (he told me is a factory defect) is there any solution?
