Elicenser error

Hey guys! I don't know if this question was made before. I got a new laptop and I want to use my Mk3, I already installed native access, connect my hard drive to my laptop and it still saying elicenser content error. Why is it asking for my elicenser and how can I fix this? I'm not able to use my VST's within maschine.

Native Instruments does not use an ELicenser.

That appears to be a Steinberg message in some way.
