Disgruntled customer

I've tried through the ticket channels in customer service but still not heard back after 3 days, I wanted to buy a bundle which was s88 mk3 keyboard and ultimate software but clicked on just the software, so paid full price but still need the keyboard at a discounted price so it the same as buying the bundle

I've tagged this for customer care so hopefully one of the NI guys will see this. I know support are backed up because of the sales but I'm sure they'll get back to you. Did you get a ticket number when you went through the ticket channels? If so drop it here so the NI guys can check it. Don't post any personal info here though (email/invoice details etc).

I can see the request that you submitted on Monday. My colleagues will get back to you, don't worry. Since we're in the middle of a sales special my colleagues have a lot of requests to process and our reply times are higher than usual.
