What can you use vouchers on? I get an error anytime I try to use one.

There could be a simple reason, but also a “complex one” ☺️

Simple: we are during Summer Of Sound sales, therefore many products are on offer now. And vouchers can’t be used on discounted products

Complex: there could also be an error by NI side. I had one just yesterday, which is inexplicable. I redeemed three vouchers for the free Komplete Select offer from Sweetwater. I entered the first 2 for Beats and Electronics: no problem. When I tried the third one for Band: “The voucher code is not valid”

Therefore, NI voucher recognition must be doing some “mistakes”, because in this case I’m sure the products (Komplete Select) are eligible to be redeemed with a voucher.

Check if the products you chose are not in some way excluded by the terms and conditions (products discounted, part of a bundle,…) and in case you still think the use of the voucher should be valid, contact support.

Or… just wait the end of Summer Of Sound when you will have more products to chose from (but they will be more expensive…)
