plug in cannot be loaded

Good Morning, Im Having Significant Struggles Loading Any Of The Plugins On My Komplete49, Ive Reinstalled The Software Many Times,But Have Never Had Komplete Access To All My Plugins Since Ive Purchased It A Few Years Back. I really Need To Get This Up An Running

    We need a lot more information :

    What is your exact computer model and exact OS version ? What is your N.A. version ? what is your Komplete Kontrol app version ? What is the exact problem ? Do the software show in N.A. ? Does the software show in the Komplete Kontrol app ? What is your exact model of keyboard ?

    komplete s49 M32. IMac 2017. Mac os Ventura 13.7.6 Im Running The Latest Native Instrument Software.

    The Software Does Show IN the App. But When I Load The Plug In It Says It Needs To Be Opened Thru The Komplete Hardware In Standalone , I Tried That It Stills Gives The Same Era Notice.

    I'll jump right in to say that it sounds like he's using a MK2 and (because he says everything is up to date) that he probably loaded version 3 of Komplete Kontrol. My guess is that he might need to fall back to version 2.9.6.
