download falled (update error)

I am a KOMPLETE 14 STANDARD user on Windows 11.

/// I can't update with NativeAccess2.///

When I press the Update button, it says ‘Download Falled’.

In the past I could fix it by using ‘NI Uninstall RegTool_64bit.exe’, but not this time.

So, I tried the method described in the support relation of NI when I investigated in various ways.
(I think it was written that it is currently under investigation in the official...)

I specified the installation destination and TEMP folder separately from the system drive, and checked the capacity, etc.
There were no ISO or ARIA files.
I rebooted my PC.

No fix at all.

I have only three updates at the moment, so there is no inconvenience... but I don't feel like re-installing everything related to Komplete 14.

Does anyone know a solution?

To see if it helps then :

Try uninstalling both Native Access and the NTKDaemon ,

Then also remove both in the NI reg tool if still there

Then delete the Native Access folder from %AppData%\Native Instruments\ (= C:\Users\[YOUR USER NAME]\AppData\Roaming\Native Instruments)

Then delete content from the N.A. Downloads folder

    Then reboot (important)

Then download and install as an Admin latest version of Native Access for your OS

    .
