Komplete 15 Select for MPC

Hello,
I downloaded Komplete 15 Select for MPC using Native Access, but I don't see the Komplete 15 MPC products. How can I recognize them among my old plugins? For example, I already had Cloud Supply. In the newly downloaded bundle, there's a Cloud Supply for MPC, but I can't find it in Native Access. How can I recognize the new Komplete 15 Select for MPC products among my old products in Native Access? Thanks!

Unluckily I think your assumption (“I assume it's Cloud Supply for Akai”) is not correct.
Your Komplete 15 Select includes the “normal” Cloud Supply (which indeed won’t work with MPC Standalone).
If you want any of the “MPC Edition” you must buy them, since they are not included in any bundle.
If you really want to be sure, contact support and ask them for confirmation.
(If something is still not clear because of language barrier, feel free to write me in private where I can explain it again to you in French)0 -
They should avoid to specify that you obtained it because you own an MPK.
It’s useless and, as you demonstrated, could be misleading. Even bringing people to think it’s made to be used merely with Akai stuff, while in fact it is “universal” and the included products can be used everywhere

If, differently from what you said in the other post, you own Cloud Supply MPC Edition, it will come with a 30 digit code that can be inserted directly in your MPC.
If you follow the link I posted for you in the other thread and click on the product, you will find the instructions about how to install them, with even 2 videos
But I’m not that sure that you own the right version, since the Komplete Select, that should be bundled with an MPK as you said in the other thread, not with an MPC, normally doesn’t include the MPC Editions.
Unless a special “Komplete Select for MPC (or better K)” does exist. But I’m unaware of anything like this.
Where did you read that Cloud Supply MPC Edition is included in your bundle? And that your Komplete Select is “Komplete Select for MPC”?
Btw: I don’t think the MPC Editions will ever be listed in Native Access, since they are not installed through it. But this is just a supposition0 -
Dear sir, thank you very much for your very clear answers. I'm a French speaker and I use Google Translate to communicate with you. My questions are certainly not clear. Let me try again to ask my question as clearly as possible.
- I downloaded Komplete 15 Select Beats for Akai. So, I have the serial number for Komplete 15 Select for Akai.
- Komplete Select 15 Beats for Akai contains Cloud Supply. So, I assume it's Cloud Supply for Akai.
- I downloaded Komplete 15 Select Band using Native Access. But I can't find Cloud Supply for Akai in Native Access Library. There's only my old version of Cloud Supply.
- My question is: where can I find the Cloud Supply included in my Komplete 15 Select Beats for Akai bundle?
- Is the version of Cloud Supply included in Komplete 15 for Akai different from Cloud Supply for MPC? Can't I use it in my MPC STANDALONE?

Thank you very much, I think I understand now.
Komplete 15 for Akai is designed for use with MPC Software, and with Akai controllers or the MPC Key 37 in controller mode.
MPC Edition software is designed for MPC Standalone devices.

There's no such thing as Komplete "for MPC" or "for Akai".
The Komplete Select bundles are the normal NI plugins for your computer & DAW software.

So what is this?

Exactly, that's the whole problem. Thank you!
