traktor stopped broadcasting anion, on send out tuentitles

Traktor was working fine until a week ago It no longer broadcasts audio, only send the tune titles I have tired to get customer super for close to a week with no help at all I've never experienced customer support , or lack of same like this before Is there any way to actually connect with a human or should i reinstall or just find different software?

Normally when the chat bot can't help you it should connect you to a human. If no human is available it should open a support ticket for you.

Anyhow, can you still record in Traktor? Or is the volume also gone from that, could help with debugging your problem.
