Try using Steinberg built-in ASIO Driver: information & download for all music programs and DAW

then also do the following :

Right-click the speaker icon in your system tray and select Sounds.

Go to the Playback tab, select your active audio device (e.g., your speakers or headphones), and click Properties.

Go to the Advanced tab.Uncheck both options under Exclusive Mode (Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device Give exclusive mode applications priority)

    Click Apply and OK.

No, get rid of ASIO4ALL - it's not an ASIO driver and it's not required. You should be using the actual ASIO driver supplied by Native Instruments.

There's nothing strange about this. It's the way most ASIO drivers work, and has been this way since 1997.

IMO if you want to listen to YouTube at the same time, use your phone, a tablet etc. and keep it separate.

You are very welcome and great that you got it working. 🙂

Please notice though that the Steinberg built-in ASIO Driver from what other people say is one of them 'not a real ASIO driver' that PK The DJ refers to and that it may give more latency than some other 'ASIO' drivers.

That said then I personally use the Steinberg built-in ASIO Driver in the same way that I suggested to you and it works just great for me for the things that I use it for.
