S88 MK2 browser display inactive

I recently migrated my setup to a new machine: Apple M4 Max, OS 15.4.1, Komplete Kontrol 3.5.0 a month ago. I have had several issues connecting my libraries but that's a separate problem.

The browser display on the S88 has been dark since connecting it to the new machine. All midi functions work normally, but no controls are available through the keyboard controller's interface.

Any clues?
