Possible to reconfigure X1 MK1 to Midi mode with Z1 MK2 for IPAD M1??

Hello all, I am planning on getting a Z1 MK2 as it’s on sale at the moment. I do however have the following gear in my disposal. 2 X1 MK1s, F1, and a Z2 Mixer. I would like to make my current setup as portable as possible and power off the USB for beach parties. I have plan with running the X1 MK1 (in MIDI Mode) with Z2 MK2 with an IPAD air M1 Tablet. Playing thru a Portable PA with RCA input. Understand that I will need a USB C hub with a USB C and a USB A port to connect. Is there a tutorial on how to reprogram the MIDI with the X1 MK1 for my use case? Remember, the software I will be running is Traktor DJ 2.0 with the latest iOS on a iPAD air M1. TIA!!
