Problem with NIHardwareService installation - Not detected and absent from Native Access

I am experiencing an issue with my Native Instruments controller. NIHardwareService is not installed on my system and does not appear in Native Access. Here are the steps I have already tried without success:
- Checked in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Hardware → The folder does not exist.
- Restarted and attempted to update via Native Access → No updates available.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Native Access as administrator.
- Checked Windows services (services.msc) → NIHardwareService is not listed.
- Tested different USB ports and checked the controller via Device Manager.
- The controller is recognized by Windows in MIDI, but it does not function correctly because NIHardwareService is missing.
Can you advise me on how to manually install NIHardwareService or resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance for your help.

I do not think that "NIHardwareService" is supposed to show as a download in Native Access. You might possibly be confusing it with the S-Series Mk3 keyboards Hardware Connection Service ?
I think that the "NIHardwareService" is installed by the Maschine software for Maschine devices and by Komplete Kontrol for MK2 keyboards. So you might want to reinstall the software and allow it sufficient disk access while doing so , on Windows run as an Administrator.
