Im having trouble installing the Maschine 3 Update!!!

in Native Access

Peace everyone. I'm having trouble installing the Maschine 3 Update after making the purchase and adding the serial number to my Native Access account. Its still not showing up at all. Even after refreshing my page, and logging out and back in to my account. I also have the latest version of the Native Access app running on a 2017 Macbook pro, macOS Monterey. Any suggestions???

    Maschine 3 requires Mac OS 13 (Ventura) or higher.

    Monterey is no longer an option.
