Contact NI support explaining them Maschine 2 is not appearing in your NA (it should).

That’s something that is happening lately

You leave out the really important information what is your OS ?

If you are using Sequoia then it will not show up since it is not compatible with the OS

Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS

Else then there is an installer Mac OS 12 on this page if that is helping (don't know if there is another version for Apple silicon) : Maschine2 Legacy Installers for Older Operating Systems

If you want Mikro MK2 driver, you can have it here:

    https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/drivers-other-files/

But that won’t solve your issue with Maschine 2 not appearing in Native Access (btw: have you tried simply adding all your serials in it? (which you can find listed in NI website under your account/My products and serials)

Once again: contact support and tell them Maschine 2 is not appearing in your Native Access.

And… since you seem quite confused about the whole situation (drivers are for HW, not SW), again some steps to follow:

    1. Most important, as PoorFellow said, if you are on Sequoia (probable, since you have an M4), neither Mikro MK2 nor Maschine 2 are officially supported (see his link)
    2. Check in My Products and Serials if both Serials are listed: the one for MK2 and the one for Maschine 2, as registered or not registered (since you say you put “Serial” (singular) in NA).
    3. Be sure that you login to NA with the same account on which your products are registered

But… contacting support and giving them all the informations (about your system, OS, what is appearing in My Products and Serials,…) is the best way to have an official answer (about if you can even use it… or if they can fix Maschine 2 not appearing in NA or not).

To contact NI support, follow this link. Remember to login in order to have access to chat during office time (even with an actual human support agent, after the back and forth with chatbot) or open a ticket
