Thank you for your message. It's nice to hear something positive.

Honestly, I think that at the end of the day we are discussing just one product. I don't believe that anyone caused all these problems intentionally. Everyone here works and we make mistakes in the process, but reporting problems is necessary so that they don't happen again (after all, that's the purpose of having a discussion community).

I followed all the steps and protocols that were requested. So it's clear to me that I am requesting what is rightfully right.
