What kind of company doesn't offer any product support to professional users?

Not exactly as you have put it here.
the issue is the same across Kontakt 6, 7 Player and 8 Player. There are only 5 of my libraries that are showing, the rest are not - i have 45 installed.
So did you try resetting the databases on Kontakt 6 , 7 & 8 ?

@jamesdesilva I can understand the frustration. There seems to be a technical issue on your system. No one "removed" your products. We have a dedicated support section and my colleagues are here to help. The entry door is a chatbot. I checked your conversation and it's a huge lot of swear words. I do understand that these are aimed at the chatbot, hopefully. However, my organic colleagues have to go through your request, including the insults, they already replied to you the following:
Dear Customer,
We are here to help and support you, but we kindly ask that all communication remains respectful and constructive. The language and tone used in your recent messages are unacceptable and go against our values and communication standards.
Please be aware that we will not be able to continue offering support if this behavior continues. We’re committed to resolving your issue, and we ask that you adjust your language moving forward so we can assist you effectively.
So, if this is indeed time sensitive, I would suggest to get back to my colleagues in a more respectful way so they can help you fixing this issue. Again, the frustration is understandable, the tone and choice of words you have used to contact us is not. We are here to help and there is zero need for so much aggressivity and disrespect.
After checking the conversation again, it looks like you actually insulted my colleague, which is a little surprising coming from a "professionna"l. I would recommend some apologies to my colleague on top of what I've said.

@jamesdesilva i understand your frustration and i will overlook this, since it's your first time in the forum, but we have rules here too… so please keep in mind that next time such behavior might cost you a permanent ban.
Whatever anger you have, please find a way to express it in a non-insulting way. :-)
