Transfer Komplete 9 license to new email address

Hello,

I bought the Komplete 9 bundle many years ago and it is licensed under and old email address of mine, and I want to transfer the license to an account under my new email address so that I can add the bundle to Native Access. However, whilst I have all the license codes (I can still see them in Service Center), I can't remember the old email address. I have tried "forgot my password" on many of my old email addresses but none of them send a recovery email to their inboxes. My first question is, is there a way to see the email address associated with your NI products? I've opened instances of NI VSTs in my DAW but cannot find the email address associated with them this way.

Secondly, once I identify my old email address, the NI support page (https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001301669-My-Serial-Is-Already-Registered-to-Another-User-Account) suggests I can provide my old email address and my current email address to the support team to make the transfer. I've gone through so many loops with the chat bot and I have been unable to reach the appropriate selection to help me with this request, it is driving me crazy. Can anyone help?

    If you try to use NI support chat during office time, at the end of the back and forth with the AI chatbot the possibility to chat with an human being should be proposed to you.

    But if you used it out of office time, a ticket should have been created anyway, to which should follow an email with a support agent contacting you (even if sometimes it takes some days).

    Haven’t you been informed that a ticket was created?

    I say this because I think the best solution to your problem is having your 2 NI accounts be merged… and that is something that can be done only by support

    Thanks - I managed just a moment ago to get to a point where the chat bot created a ticket, and I provided the serial number of my Komplete package. I will suggest that they merge the accounts once they respond to my ticket.
