Problems with Registration / Traktor Scratch Duo

Hello community, I bought Traktor Scratch Duo years ago and installed it on my Apple device. Now I wanted to use it again after years, so I reinstalled it using the installation DVD. Everything worked fine. But I can't use it because I can't activate it. I have a serial number and am officially registered. How can I change this? What can I do to use my purchased Traktor again?

Have you checked if it is different if uninstalling the app and then use the installer from here ? : Where Can I Download the TRAKTOR Installer?
Else we can ask someone N.I. to advice.

I wonder if you just need to install native access.
