Buffer underruns with Komplete Audio 6 MK1

For a while now I've been having a lot of trouble with my Komplete Audio 6 MK1 audio interface. For years it worked perfectly fine. I usually had it set to 48kHz with 96 samples process buffer and never had any issues whatsoever with underruns or glitches. Now it's impossible to use with any settings. Even running a single instrument in Reason or Bitwig results in non-stop glitching to the point that it's unbearable to listen to. I find myself using the DirectX driver instead of Asio, as that works perfectly fine, but with added input delay, of course.
Unfortunately, there's no new drivers for the device as it's gone legacy at this point. I've tried all the usual tricks, closing all open applications, disabling unnecessary services, freeing up as much RAM as possible. All to no avail.
Are other here suffering from the same issues? Any tips on how to fix this are more than welcome.

At first glance the USB I/O error count seems high. Have you tried the usual checks of using another cable/usb port/PC and also unplugging all other USB devices where possible? Has anything changed on your system like adding new hardware/software? Apologies if you've already checked all these, but have to start somewhere!
