Why can't I receive emails from Native Instruments?
This is not my main account because I couldn't log in with my previous account and had to register a new one to ask questions. When I tried to merge my accounts on Izotope, an error occurred. I couldn't receive any emails from Native Instruments, and when I logged into the Native Instruments website, the address bar showed "account-not-fully-unified." I couldn't find any useful information on the support website. I am very desperate because I just bought the latest Equinox plugin from Izotope, and without receiving any information from Native Instruments, I can't even activate my plugin.

This is something that NI support will need to look at so you need to raise a support ticket here - https://bit.ly./n1acc. Please bear in mind that as this is a holiday period support might take a little longer than usual. I've tagged your post for customer care so hopefully one of the NI reps will see it when they're on the forums which I believe is tomorrow (Tuesday).
When you create your support ticket be sure to give them the email addresses you use for both your Izotope and normal NI accounts.
