HI, So when it rains it pours. Few days back my crossfader on this 6 month old unit started behaving erratic out of the blue and despite blowing it out multiple tiomes as well as using Deoxit fader lube as well as regular Deoxit it is still not working properly. NOw after contacting support to try and get this either repaired or replaced. My Right jogwheel or Deck B just became much too loose or sensitive and despite calibrating it via the instructions as well as adjusting sensitivity in the Traktor pro 4 program. Nothing has made a difference., Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the software removing the files as per the uninstall instructions for a Mac and it still persists. its far too sensitive now and the slightest adjustment when beat matching has rthe platter going all over the place now making minute adjustments nearly impossible. I'm about at my whits end with this device and am regretting it now. I am running Ventura on a Macbook pro and untill a few days ago when al this started Ive had zero issues. Also how long dopes Support take to get back to you once a ticket has been opened.

Bearing in mind it's a holiday it might take a little longer than usual, but they will get back to you. If the unit is only 6 months old it will still be under warranty so you should get it repaired/replaced free of charge.
