How to fix electric storm failing download?

I just bought kontakt 8 that downloaded and installed fine. Now i cannot install electric storm and its free packs at all.

Mac os seq 15.3.1

any reason for this? i tried all fo the provate relays and my paths are fine.. i just installed a VST but its that ONLY product where there download keeps failing

What message do you get when the download fails? Is it just "Download Failed" or is there any other information? Are you downloading/installing to an internal drive or external?
