P.S.
I had a really hard time understanding how to clear the instruments to create a blank slate to save. But that was because my zoom didn't allow me to see the possibility of selecting None as instrument π
Anyway the the instruction from EvilDragon is to clear the slate and save as a snapshot and then open snapshot to open with nothing.

Hello ,
I am very far from the most experienced here and sorry if I got this wrong. And further more then the manual says that you can create new patterns from scratch but then it does not tell how.. But are what you are looking for not just the click on the X in the Editor view ?

yes I did find the same info, and I was aware of that X button, I'm actually looking for a way to initialise the whole thing, and start picking instruments and sound design from scratch, one by one.
