I NEED ASSISTANCE ON A PURCHASE I MADE ON YOUR SITE, I ASKED TO PROCEED WITH PAYMENTS VIA KLARNA SINCE IT IS POSSIBLE FOR ITALY, BUT THE ORDER CONTINUED WITH PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY WILL. I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE ORDER OR CHANGE THE PAYMENT METHODS POSSIBLY IN INSTALLMENTS WITH KLARNA. THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SUGGESTS CHECKS ON SUBSCRIPTION BUT IT IS NOT ACTIVE IN MY PROFILE... PLEASE I WOULD LIKE HUMAN ASSISTANCE. THANKS
