How come Native Instruments does not help us?

    @Charelken Can you send me the email address of the seller by private message, the one he uses for NI, so I can check if he has an open request in our system.

    Sir, i just got the message from Cliona@NI (i was in CC of the mail the seller send to support so i got the mail too she sended to the seller) that told the seller he could not transfered the license because he registered himself not that long ago and that he had to wait for 60 days before the license actually can be transfered. She wrote too because he sold it already (to me) before these 60 days expired or how you say she did an exception and released the serial number again for once and i could use the serial number on the Native Acces and i tried but guess what? Still the message that this serial number is already being registered. I try to add a screenshot i hope i do it well so i donno what happens now. Do i wait till the owner do the transfer now now Cliona informed him the serial number is released again? thank you for listening and the help.

    This is the serial for the hardware and it's already registered on your account. If I understand correctly, the seller tried to transfer some other serials for the software?

    I will delete the picture by the way, keep in mind it's a public space and you should not share serials like that here.

    ow im so sorry Sir bout that, my bad so really sorry for that. Yes he tried to transfer the Maschine studio license for that software; I do not understand much bout that so i contacted the seller so he can do the transfer now… i hope.

    Again sorry for the screenpicture, i didn't realise i did bad here with it so thank you for the warning and the help. I will inform you here later on if its all ok and i can started to use this beautiful Maschine Studio… can't hardly wait. My best regard Sir.

Were or how can i check it if the serial number is already added to my account and if the software transfer is ok can i also see somewhere i have it after the download? Thank you Sir for your patience and for listening. I know i can be a pain… but i wanna get it all done and done well you see.

    To find the serial numbers that are already registered into your NI Account, log into this page. There, you will find a full list of all NI Products that you currently have registered.

    Once a software product/serial is added to your account you can find it available to download it in Native Access.

    A couple clarifications/corrections to try to avoid you being more confused:

    For your case:

    1. You could buy first item (Update) ONLY if you already have Maschine 2 registered in your account (so if the license transfer goes well). Otherwise don’t buy it.
    2. Second item (Full Verison. Update will only work once again if you already have Maschine 2) will give you Maschine 3 and the expansion Maschine Central (kits, instruments,…) and additional softwares. No need for anything else to start using it…but I would try to succeed anyway with license transfer in order to have the Factory library (a lot of kits and samples and what else, even more than Maschine Central. It would be a pity to renounce to them since you have the right to have them)
    3. Third item is “just” the expansion and some software. DON’T BUY IT if you don’t already own Maschine 3

    I know that when you buy a new device you just want to start to use it. But my suggestion is to wait when (or if) the License Transfer goes through: you would already have anything you need to start making music with Maschine 2 and a lot of kits, sounds, instruments. And without spending more money. Maybe it will be more than enough for you, and in case you decide then to update to Maschine 3 (which is not NECESSARY), you will have a better price (and, as said, you will also have everything that comes with Maschine 2)

    Well Sir thats the problem.. there is no sign of the serial number registered and no sign or option to download the software because the seller still can't transfer the license for the software

    Yes, I see. But since you say you are in contact with support (and now even Jeremy is having a look at your case), wait to have an answer.

    I know…your fingers just want to tap on those nice pads…but…patience is a virtue that can bring to good things (sparing money, more kits/sounds available for you,…)☺️

    Yes LostInFoundation, but when we get information bout "this is ok and do that and and" and we do that, me and the seller and it seems still not ok, he still can't transfer the license for the software and my "Native Acces" stays empty then my heart goes in overdrive ;)

    Reading what Jeremy wrote you (the hardware serial is already registered to YOUR account), that means you should also have the Maschine 2 software ready for you to install.

    Doesn’t it appear in Native Access? In that case you could try this support article:

    Can I ask if we can see (with a screenshot) what is listed in your account under My Products and Serials in NI website? (Remember to cover your serial numbers and any sensible data, like your account or anything else)

    Sometimes some products are listed at the top as “Not registered” (they should register automatically, but when this doesn’t happen their serial must be inputted in NA manually. Even if you inputted Studio (the hardware) serial, maybe you also have to input Maschine 2 serial)

    No, of course the seller cannot transfer the license as he registered it less than 60 days ago.

    If you cannot wait, just buy the full Maschine 3 software 😁

    I understand.

    But the case here is a little different.

    Since Maschine 2 software is bundled with Studio hardware, transferring the hardware (which, if I’m not misunderstanding, has already been done) also “transfers” the bundled softwares automatically.

    This is also why the Maschine 2 software is listed in the seller account as “not transferable” (because it can’t be sold without the hardware).

    If the hardware is in your account now, the issue you are having is another one (not related to License Transfer, but probably with the software serial not being registered or NA having issues recognizing it).

    We have to rule out what is the issue. Hence why I asked to see what you have under your My products and serials. Or at least telling us if the Studio hardware IS registered in your account and if Maschine 2 appears somewhere: in NA, in My products and serials (as Not registered or as Registered Products)

    Jeremy is saying the Studio serial is already in OP’s account.

    And OP said (if I understand correctly) that at some point Support made an exception and allowed the transfer before the 60 days.

    In this case, the issue now is not anymore about License Transfer but about Maschine 2 not appearing somewhere (which is a case that sometimes happens, with related support article to try to solve it)

    Yes LostInFoundation but even now i can't see it were the serial number is in my account you see? Jeremy told me that and i looked for it but it isn't showing, thats all. And yes the support told the seller that they released the serial and agree for the transfer but the seller still can't so i guess we have to wait for another 60 days of .. crying and .. no no thats a joke. We will wait so this whole thing can be set. thank you all for your help. My best regards
