How do I get my OUTPUT Plugins to show up in NI Access? (Already activated, this is a New computer)

Hi, my OUTPUT Plugins show on my online account and they are already downloaded on my computer via OUTPUT HUB. I tried adding the serial to NI ACCESS however it just says that the serial is already registered.

I read an article about email adresses and that it must be the same email on my NI Account to what the Plugins was purchased with. They are different so how do i go about linking my plugins to NI ACCESS?

If you have products on more N.I. accounts or have a registration problem or need products transferred somehow have problems with doing that then for merging accounts or other account assistance then you will have to ask N.I. Account Support
